Vendor Application Process
Thank you for your interest in vending with Afropolitan Cities. Please follow the steps below to submit a vendor application and pay vendor fees. Note that the entire vendor registration process is online. You may contact Afropolitan Cities team via phone if you have outstanding questions or if there is a problem with completing the application. Otherwise all the necessary information needed to register is available on this website
Note: Each event typically has very limited vendor spaces (2 food vendors and 4 retail vendors) available on a first come first served basis. Hence we advice strongly to submit your application and pay vendor fees as soon as possible to secure your space.
1. Review vendor information and guidelines
Make sure to review all the vendor information online before submitting a vendor application. The following pages contain most of the necessary information on vendors. Click on "Submit Vendor Application" after you have reviewed on the information

2. Submit Vendor Application via Vendor Application Form
Select "Submit Vendor Application" on the vendor page and complete the registration form. This information may also be used for marketing your business before, during and after the event so make sure to provide complete and accurate information in each field.
2. Receive Vendor Application Confirmation Email
After you submit your application, you will receive vendor confirmation email if your the application is successfully submitted. AfropolitanCities team will review your application and send a follow up email within 3 business days to let you know if you have been select as a vendor for the event. The email will include instructions and link for paying the vendor fees
3. Vendor Fee Payment
Complete the payment form and proceed to making payment via payal. You are required to make payment within two business days of when the email was sent. Note that even though you have been selected to vend, your spot is not secured until we have received payments. The spots are assigned on a first come first served basis and so please make the payment as soon as you receive the email . If you wait too long and we run out of vendor spots, you will receive another email stating we sold out of vendor spots.
4. Vendor Payment Confirmation Email
You will receive an email to confirm payment and also confirm your vendor spot is secured
